Caring Friends Training

The Caring Friends Training seeks to make Article 8 more than just ink on a page by providing practical and tangible teaching and experiences on doing wholistic, development-focused ministry to all peoples, especially to vulnerable peoples.  We’ll cover big ideas – like Development vs. Relief and Wholistic Health – as well as do on the ground experiential learning components in Twin Cities neighborhoods.

The Details:

WHEN:  Sunday evening July 10th to Friday Afternoon July 15th Tuesday evening July 12th.
COST:  $150 per person for those staying on-site. $125 for those commuting from home. Includes most meals.
WHO:  Adults (18+) are welcome.  This training was created with pastors,  lay-leaders, and potential lay-leaders in mind.
LOCATION:  Our plenary sessions will be in Minneapolis.  Our experiential learning will be in various places throughout the Twin Cities.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Dorm Suites at North Central University in Minneapolis.
MEALS:  Most meals are covered in the cost.  We will likely eat out a couple nights, which will also be included.

NOTE:  We are limiting the number of attendees to 30 people, so sign up as soon as possible!
